Inside Sales Representative – Bluebird Roofing

The Position:

Bluebird Roofing is currently looking for outstanding Inside Sales Professionals to provide the best roof replacement experience for our customers! In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team and will be in front of customers as a major part of your daily duties. This is an in office position and NOT remote.

Essential Job Duties:

• Maximize every sales and relationship-building opportunity.
• Coordinate communications, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients via email and other applications.
• Assist outside sales representatives with customer service needs throughout the sales cycle.
• Maximize each customer’s experience throughout the entire process.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, professionalism and ethics.
• Assist project supervisors with requests/needs for the customer while they are in the field.
• Assist customers before, during, and after projects are completed.
• Develop strong product and customer knowledge
• Work on special projects and contribute to team domination
• Communicate with customers throughout the sales life-cycle
• Provide daily reports to Sales Manager and participate in weekly meetings

Qualities of Ideal Candidates:

• Previous Roofing experience a bonus but not required
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and outside parties
• Must have the ability to be clear and precise when communicating - excellent communication skills a must
• Strong work ethic
• Results-driven mindset

Pay range: $52,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
